We are seeking a Front Office & Admin Assistant to manage reception operations and provide comprehensive administrative support. The ideal candidate will be well-organized, presentable, and confident in managing front desk duties, office coordination, and basic documentation tasks.
What Youll Do
Front Office Management

Manage the front desk and maintain a professional, welcoming environment.

Greet and communicate with guests, ensuring a positive experience.

Answer incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and redirect them as needed.

Receive letters and packages and ensure proper distribution.

Prepare, send, and track outgoing mail.
Administrative Support

Check, sort, and forward emails to relevant departments.

Monitor, maintain, and reorder office supplies when required.

Manage and update records, files, and office logs.

Track office expenses and support administrative documentation.

Assist with invoice handling and related admin processes.

Provide general administrative support across teams as needed.
Office Coordination

Ensure the front office is kept clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.

Operate office equipment and assist with basic troubleshooting.

Support day-to-day office operations and assist colleagues when required.
Required Qualifications

UAE National (mandatory).
-
1 to 3 years of experience as a Front Desk Representative, Receptionist, or in a similar administrative role.

Bachelors degree or high school diploma.

Practical experience using office machines (printers, scanners, etc.).

Strong knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping.

Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong time-management and multi-tasking abilities.
