We are seeking a Front Office & Admin Assistant to manage reception operations and provide comprehensive administrative support. The ideal candidate will be well-organized, presentable, and confident in managing front desk duties, office coordination, and basic documentation tasks.

What Youll Do

Front Office Management

  • Manage the front desk and maintain a professional, welcoming environment.

  • Greet and communicate with guests, ensuring a positive experience.

  • Answer incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and redirect them as needed.

  • Receive letters and packages and ensure proper distribution.

  • Prepare, send, and track outgoing mail.

Administrative Support

  • Check, sort, and forward emails to relevant departments.

  • Monitor, maintain, and reorder office supplies when required.

  • Manage and update records, files, and office logs.

  • Track office expenses and support administrative documentation.

  • Assist with invoice handling and related admin processes.

  • Provide general administrative support across teams as needed.

Office Coordination

  • Ensure the front office is kept clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.

  • Operate office equipment and assist with basic troubleshooting.

  • Support day-to-day office operations and assist colleagues when required.

Required Qualifications

  • UAE National (mandatory).

  • 1 to 3 years of experience as a Front Desk Representative, Receptionist, or in a similar administrative role.

  • Bachelors degree or high school diploma.

  • Practical experience using office machines (printers, scanners, etc.).

  • Strong knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping.

  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong time-management and multi-tasking abilities.

  • A collaborative, team-oriented attitude.
