Role Overview
We are seeking a high-caliber Executive Assistant / Strategic Analyst to work closely with the Director at the Corporate Head Office in Dubai. This is a hybrid role that goes beyond traditional executive support, requiring strong analytical capability, commercial understanding, and strategic thinking. The role is designed for a professional who can act as a trusted advisor and thought partner to senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic and analytical support to the Director across business, financial, and operational matters
- Conduct in-depth analysis of engineering, commercial, and financial data to support decision-making
- Prepare executive-level presentations, reports, dashboards, and board documentation
- Support strategic reviews, feasibility studies, and performance evaluations across global operations
- Track and follow up on key initiatives, action points, and strategic priorities
- Coordinate high-level communication with internal leadership teams and external stakeholders
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Candidate Profile
Education
- Bachelors degree in Engineering (mandatory)
- Finance qualification or strong financial acumen preferred
Experience
- Experience in strategy, analytics, consulting, or senior executive support roles
- Background in engineering, industrial, or multinational environments preferred
