Senior Product Manager – E-commerce / Omni-channel

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to join our Digital Health team and lead the development of customer-facing digital health and e-commerce solutions. This role is ideal for a customer-focused, solution-driven professional who can translate business and user needs into scalable, impactful digital products.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery, ideation, and development to launch and continuous optimization
• Drive the strategy and execution of e-commerce and omni-channel digital products
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and business stakeholders
• Identify customer pain points and deliver data-driven, user-centric solutions
• Leverage AI / GenAI capabilities to enhance product offerings and customer experience
• Monitor product performance, analyze metrics, and implement improvements
• Ensure alignment with overall business goals and digital health strategy

Requirements

• Product Management experience, preferably within UAE/GCC
• Proven experience in customer-facing digital products and e-commerce platforms
• Strong understanding of ecosystem
• Experience or exposure to AI / GenAI applications in digital products
• Demonstrated expertise across the full product lifecycle
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration abilities
• Ability to manage complexity and deliver solutions in a fast-paced environment
• Bilingual (Arabic & English) is an added advantage
