About the job Sales & Marketing Executive - Cement Plant Industry
We are looking for a dynamic and technically knowledgeable Sales & Marketing Executive to drive business growth in the cement plant and heavy industrial machinery sector. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with cement plant machinery, spare parts, crusher equipment, and plant modification projects, as well as a strong client network in the industry.
Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the cement plant and related heavy machinery markets.

Promote and sell spare parts, technical solutions, and plant modification services for cement plants.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and clients within the cement industry.

Understand technical specifications of cement plant machinery and provide suitable solutions based on client requirements.

Collaborate with technical and engineering teams to prepare accurate proposals, quotations, and tender documents.

Conduct market research to stay updated on customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.

Represent the business at trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings to enhance market presence.

Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to overall marketing strategies.
Requirements

Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field.

3 to 5 years of experience in sales and marketing within the cement plant, industrial machinery, or heavy equipment sectors.

Strong technical knowledge of cement plant machinery, including spare parts, crushers, kilns, grinding units, and retrofit/modification projects.

Established client network and contacts within the cement or heavy industrial sector.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Willingness to travel as required for business development.
