3D Visualizer & Design Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality 3D models, renderings, and animations for architectural and design projects.
• Develop compelling design presentations that effectively communicate concepts and ideas to clients and stakeholders.
• Utilize SketchUp at an advanced level to produce detailed and accurate models.
• Produce photorealistic renderings and visualizations using Twinmotion or Unreal Engine (preference for Unreal Engine due to its advanced capabilities).
• Create 3D animations to showcase design concepts, including walkthroughs, flyovers, and interactive experiences.
• Edit and assemble videos for presentations, incorporating animations, effects, and soundtracks.
• Collaborate with architects, designers, and project teams to ensure visual deliverables align with project goals.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in 3D visualization, rendering, and animation.

Requirements to Apply

• Experience in architectural design or a related field.
• Knowledge of additional 3D software (e.g., 3ds Max, Blender, Rhino) is a plus.
• Familiarity with VR/AR technologies for immersive design experiences.
• A degree in Architecture, Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
• Proven experience in architectural visualization and design presentations.
• Advanced proficiency in SketchUp (beyond basic knowledge).
• Expertise in Twinmotion or Unreal Engine (preference for Unreal Engine).
• Strong skills in 3D animation (not just modeling) and video editing/mounting.
• Proficiency in Photoshop for post-processing and enhancing renderings.
• A strong portfolio showcasing your ability to create visually stunning and technically accurate designs.
• A design-focused mindset with a keen eye for detail, composition, and aesthetics.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
