As the General Manager Oriental Dining & Entertainment, you will play a pivotal role in the reopening of a spectacular restaurant under a renowned luxury hospitality brand. This flagship establishment will set new standards in luxury dining, offering exquisite culinary and entertainment. You will be responsible for orchestrating all aspects of the restaurants launch, from pre-opening strategy to ongoing operations, ensuring an unparalleled dining experience for discerning guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pre-Opening Leadership: Spearhead the launch of the restaurant, overseeing pre-opening planning, recruitment, vendor partnerships, and marketing strategies.
  • Operational Excellence: Establish and refine all facets of the restaurants daily operations, ensuring a seamless, world-class dining experience.
  • Guest Experience: Curate an atmosphere of luxury, catering to elite clientele with impeccable attention to detail and personalized service.
  • Team Leadership: Build, train, and inspire a team of top-tier hospitality professionals, instilling a culture of passion, excellence, and service.
  • Financial Management: Develop budgets, forecast revenues, and implement cost-control measures to ensure financial success from the outset.
  • Brand Alignment: Ensure that the restaurants ambiance, service, and culinary offerings reflect the brands commitment to excellence and innovation.
  • Compliance & Safety: Guarantee full compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations, maintaining an impeccable and legally sound operation.

  • Inventory & Procurement: Secure premium ingredients, fine wines, and luxury dining essentials while managing supplier relationships to maintain consistency and quality.
  • Crisis Management: Handle high-pressure situations, guest concerns, and operational challenges with discretion, professionalism, and poise.
  • Technology & Innovation: Leverage cutting-edge reservation systems, digital guest engagement tools, and industry-leading technology to enhance the dining experience.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field; a Masters degree is a plus.
  • Certifications: HACCP, Food Safety, and PIC Certification preferred.
  • Experience: A proven track record in luxury or fine dining restaurant management, including experience in pre-opening operations.

Skills & Expertise:

  • Expertise in launching and managing high-end restaurants.
  • Deep understanding of Oriental cuisine and international fine dining trends.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic planning abilities.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Hands-on experience with POS, reservation, and financial reporting systems.
  • A deep understanding of luxury guest expectations and VIP service standards.
