Role Overview

As the P&L Leader Quick Commerce, you will be responsible for end-to-end business leadership, overseeing strategy, execution, and operational excellence. You will spearhead rapid delivery operations, optimize last-mile logistics, and drive revenue growth in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities

• P&L Ownership: Lead, manage, and optimize the business unit's financial performance, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability.
• Quick Commerce Strategy: Develop and execute a robust 15-minute delivery business model, ensuring efficiency and scalability.
• Market Expansion: Identify and launch new market opportunities, driving customer acquisition and retention.
• Operations & Logistics: Oversee last-mile delivery operations, fulfillment centers, and supply chain optimization.
• Technology & Automation: Leverage digital tools and AI-driven logistics to enhance operational efficiency.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with marketing, tech, supply chain, and customer experience teams to drive seamless operations.
