About the job Graphic Designer
Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualise and design visual content both digital content such as brochures, social media, banners, presentations, catalogs, and product packaging.
- Collaborate with the marketing, sales, and product teams to produce high-impact visual communication that aligns with brand identity.
- Utilize AI-powered design tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Canva AI, DALL·E, etc.) to enhance design efficiency, ideation, and output quality.
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines, maintaining consistency and accuracy across all designs.
- Support the development of digital campaigns, UI/UX elements, and website visuals.
- Stay updated on design trends, AI tools, and industry best practices to continuously innovate and improve visual output.
- Ensure all materials meet the company branding guidelines and reflect our premium positioning.
- Editing AI images to create real life photos and images (not graphics or animation).
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of professional design experience, preferably in retail, office furniture, or workspace solutions industry.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
- Strong working knowledge of AI-powered design tools and platforms (such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, DALL·E, or similar).
- Solid portfolio showcasing creativity, layout skills, branding, and AI-enhanced work.
- Understanding of print production and digital design specifications.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and a proactive approach to feedback.
Preferred Skills:
- Strong expertise in Photoshop, particularly for editing and enhancing product images, removing backgrounds, and creating realistic compositions for marketing materials.
- Experience in 3D visualisation, motion graphics, or video editing.
- Knowledge of UI/UX principles and website design.
- Familiarity with marketing funnels and conversion-focused design.
