The Graphic Designer will be responsible for crafting compelling visual content that resonates with our varied target audiences. From luxury real estate brochures to hospitality branding assets and corporate banking materials, the designer must bring versatility, consistency, and creativity to the forefront.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute visual content for marketing campaigns, branding, presentations, digital assets, signage, and print collateral.

  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and communication teams to develop industry-specific creative assets.

  • Interpret brand guidelines and apply them consistently across all platforms for real estate, hospitality, and banking sectors.

  • Support the creation of pitch decks, investor presentations, and high-end reports.

  • Handle end-to-end production of assets from conceptualization to final delivery.

  • Create social media graphics, web banners, email templates, and event branding materials.

  • Work closely with printers, media agencies, and vendors for high-quality print and digital outputs.

  • Stay up-to-date with design trends and tech tools relevant to each industry.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.

  • 46 years of professional experience, with proven design work for real estate, hospitality, and/or banking sectors.

  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of work across corporate and luxury segments.

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects is a plus).

  • Experience with branding, layouts, typography, and campaign design.

  • Understanding of both digital and print production processes.

  • Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Detail-oriented, innovative, and a strong team player.

  • Knowledge of UI/UX, HTML/CSS is a plus.
