Project Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Project Manager with hands-on experience in the Electric Vehicle (EV) industry to lead cross-functional teams in the planning, execution, and delivery of EV-related projects. This role requires deep understanding of EV systems, technology trends, and a strong ability to manage complex technical and commercial requirements across multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project management for EV product development, infrastructure deployment, or integration initiatives.
• Create detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Coordinate with engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, and marketing teams to ensure project milestones are met.
• Oversee vendor management, procurement, and contract negotiations for EV-specific components (e.g., batteries, charging systems).
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and sustainability goals.
• Track and report progress, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies to senior management.
• Lead stakeholder communication across internal teams, government agencies, and external partners.
• Drive continuous improvement in project execution, quality, and cost-efficiency.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field (Masters preferred).
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is an advantage.
• Minimum 5+ years of project management experience with at least 2+ years in the EV industry (OEM, charging infrastructure, or battery tech).
• Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and full lifecycle projects (ideally in hardware/software or automotive domains).
• Strong understanding of EV technologies, vehicle systems, and charging infrastructure.
• Familiarity with Agile and traditional project management methodologies.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
