A premier global cricket tournament, is on the lookout for a talented individual to join our team as a Partnerships & Brand Executive. This role offers a unique chance to contribute to the success of one of the most prestigious events in the cricketing world.

Responsibilities:

As the Partnerships & Brand Executive, you will play a vital role in:

  1. Developing Strategic Partnerships: Assist in developing and managing partnerships with key stakeholders, including corporations, franchises, non-profits, and government agencies.
  2. Brand Engagement Initiatives: Spearhead engagement initiatives and collaborate with appointed suppliers to enhance brand awareness and support for our programs and initiatives.
  3. Sales Database Management: Create and maintain the sales database, ensuring accuracy and timeliness, and updating sales proposals as needed.
  4. Stakeholder Management Support: Assist the Head of Partnerships across all aspects of stakeholder and brand management, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  5. Data Analysis and Growth Opportunities: Collaborate with internal teams to analyze data, identify growth opportunities, and drive continuous improvement in commercial and brand guidelines.
  6. Industry Trends and Best Practices: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and ensure alignment with global standards.
  7. Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track progress and measure success, providing valuable insights for future planning.
  8. Signage Management: Create signage plans with suppliers in line with sponsor rights, and manage supplier timelines for event set-up, during, and post-event. Oversee and ensure the quality delivery of all signage suppliers.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience (minimum 4-5 years) in events management, with a strong preference for sponsorship management and sales support experience.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Must have good knowledge sports, preferably cricket
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English, as well as numeracy and computer literacy.
  • Can create/edit sponsorship proposals
  • Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • A team player mentality and the ability to collaborate effectively with Franchise commercial managers and colleagues at all levels.
