The Supply Chain Director leads and optimizes end-to-end supply chain operations, including planning, procurement, logistics, inventory, and warehouse management. This role drives strategic initiatives, manages key supplier relationships, and ensures alignment with company goals to deliver a competitive advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Supply Chain Strategy

  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Monitor industry trends to drive operational excellence and innovation.
  • Ensure best-in-class practices and effective change management.

Planning & Procurement

  • Oversee demand forecasting and supply planning to balance product availability and inventory optimization.
  • Lead strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations, and vendor performance to ensure quality and cost efficiency.
  • Maintain compliance with procurement policies and ethical standards.

Logistics & Inventory Management

  • Direct logistics and distribution operations for timely, cost-effective delivery.
  • Optimize transportation, warehouse space, and inventory control practices.
  • Drive performance improvement in logistics and supply chain systems.

Leadership & Stakeholder Management

  • Inspire and guide cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and high performance.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and C-suite executives.
  • Oversee budgets, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Risk & Compliance

  • Identify supply chain risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and sustainability standards.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business (Masters preferred).
  • 10+ years of relevant experience; 5+ years in senior leadership roles.
  • Proven expertise in supply chain strategy, cost management, and process improvement.
  • Strong ERP (e.g., SAP) and supplier management skills.
  • Fluent in English and French; Arabic is an advantage.
