About the job Brand Manager
The Brand Manager will be responsible for developing and executing brand strategies, driving marketing campaigns, and ensuring the brands consistent growth across all touchpoints in the GCC. This role is vital in managing brand equity, driving sales performance, and connecting deeply with the regional audience.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement 360° brand marketing strategies tailored to the GCC market.

Conduct market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and consumer behavior studies to identify trends and opportunities.

Collaborate with visual merchandising, retail operations, and e-commerce teams to ensure brand consistency.

Drive product launches, seasonal campaigns, influencer collaborations, and digital activation strategies.

Manage the marketing budget and ensure optimal ROI across offline and online platforms.

Work closely with international brand principals to align local execution with global brand direction.

Lead and mentor a team of brand executives and coordinate with internal stakeholders and agency partners.

Monitor KPIs, sales trends, and brand health metrics to drive continuous improvement.

Represent the brand in regional meetings, trade shows, and partnership events.
Key Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Fashion Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).

5-8 years of brand management experience in the fashion retail industry, with at least 3 years in the GCC.

Strong understanding of GCC consumer culture, retail dynamics, and local fashion trends.

Proven experience in launching marketing campaigns across multiple channels (social, retail, PR, etc.).

Strong project management and leadership skills.

Excellent communication in English (Arabic is a plus).

Creative mindset with commercial acumen and data-driven approach.
