Chief Executive Officer

We are seeking an exceptional Chief Executive Officer to helm one of the regions most prominent family businesses. This is a high-impact leadership role overseeing multiple subsidiary businesses, driving strategic alignment, financial growth, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a group-wide strategy for business expansion and profitability
• Lead P&L management and financial optimization across diverse industries
• Provide executive leadership and mentorship to subsidiary CEOs/GMs
• Identify and drive investment and growth opportunities
• Foster innovation, operational efficiency, and stakeholder engagement

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Proven experience as a CEO / Group CEO leading large, diversified businesses
• Strong P&L ownership and strategic leadership capabilities
• Expertise in stakeholder management and high-stakes decision-making
• Deep understanding of the MENA business landscape, ideally in a family business environment
• Arabic language proficiency preferred for effective regional engagement
