Executive Director - Project Management

We are hiring an accomplished and visionary Executive Director Project Management to spearhead the execution of luxury villa and high-end residential property developments in the UAE. The ideal talent will be a strategic leader with a proven track record in overseeing multi-million-dollar luxury projects, ensuring seamless execution, and maintaining the highest standards of quality, innovation, and efficiency. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the strategic planning and execution of multiple high-profile luxury villa and residential projects, ensuring alignment with the companys vision and objectives.
• Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle management, from conceptualization and design to execution and handover, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Establish and enforce best-in-class project management frameworks, optimizing operational efficiency and risk mitigation.
• Engage with top-tier architects, consultants, contractors, and regulatory authorities, ensuring full compliance with UAE construction laws and luxury property standards.
• Drive cost-effective value engineering strategies without compromising on the exclusivity and prestige of luxury developments.
• Direct project financials, including budget approvals, cost control strategies, and return on investment (ROI) analysis.
• Cultivate a high-performance culture by mentoring and empowering senior project managers and engineering teams to enhance operational excellence.
• Oversee compliance with health, safety, sustainability, and environmental regulations, ensuring adherence to global best practices.
• Represent the company at executive meetings, investor discussions, and strategic forums, driving stakeholder confidence and business growth.
• Spearhead technological advancements and innovation, integrating cutting-edge methodologies to elevate project efficiency and sustainability.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
• Minimum of 7 years of executive-level experience in managing high-end residential and luxury real estate developments in the UAE.
• Demonstrated expertise in delivering landmark luxury projects with a focus on exclusivity, innovation, and precision.
• In-depth knowledge of UAE regulatory frameworks, construction methodologies, and luxury property standards.
• Strong business acumen with proven experience in financial planning, contract negotiations, and stakeholder engagement.
• Proficiency in industry-leading project management tools, including Primavera P6, AutoCAD, MS Project, or equivalent.
• Ability to lead, influence, and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
• Valid UAE driving license preferred.
