Your Role

The Manager Human Resources will be responsible for the day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training & development, and compliance. This role ensures that HR processes are efficient and aligned with organizational goals, supporting a positive work culture while ensuring compliance with labor regulations.

Your Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring for open positions.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify talent requirements and job descriptions.
  • Oversee the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition for new employees.

2. Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Manage employee relations issues, ensuring timely resolution of conflicts or grievances.
  • Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and implement improvement initiatives based on feedback.

3. Performance Management

  • Oversee the performance management process, ensuring employees goals align with organizational objectives.
  • Support managers with employee appraisals, performance reviews, and development plans.
  • Ensure performance feedback is given consistently, and address any performance issues proactively.

4. Compensation & Benefits Administration

  • Assist in the development and administration of compensation and benefits programs.
  • Ensure competitive salary structures and benefits packages that attract and retain talent.
  • Monitor payroll processes and ensure timely and accurate disbursements.

5. Learning & Development

  • Identify training and development needs and coordinate relevant programs to enhance employee skills.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of training programs and measure ROI for employee development.
  • Support career development initiatives and encourage continuous learning.

6. HR Compliance & Policy Implementation

  • Ensure compliance with all labor laws, internal policies, and regulations.
  • Update and communicate HR policies to ensure alignment with legal and organizational standards.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation in accordance with compliance requirements.

7. HR Reporting & Analytics

  • Generate HR reports on key metrics such as turnover, hiring, performance, and employee satisfaction.
  • Analyze HR data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Assist in preparing HR reports for senior management.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 6 to 8 years of experience in human resources, with hands-on experience in recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations.
  • Strong knowledge of HR functions and best practices, including labor laws and compliance.
