We are looking for a results-driven and client-focused Sales Manager to lead the charge in expanding our reach within the recruitment and HR industry. This role is ideal for a professional with solid B2B SaaS sales experience, particularly in ATS, HR tech, or enterprise software solutions. Youll be managing multiple accounts, building trusted relationships with recruitment agencies and HR teams, and driving revenue growth through a consultative, solutions-based approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and execute a strategic sales plan to promote our ATS solutions across assigned territories, verticals, and market segments.

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of key client accounts, including recruitment firms, staffing companies, and in-house HR teams.

  • Proactively identify and qualify high-potential leads through research, networking, events, and outbound outreach.

  • Deliver compelling product demos and consultative pitches tailored to the specific needs of talent acquisition professionals.

  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure ensuring smooth handover to implementation and support teams.

  • Collaborate with marketing to align lead generation campaigns, content strategy, and event participation with pipeline needs.

  • Partner with product and customer success teams to share client feedback and inform product roadmap enhancements.

  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of sales activities, pipeline forecasts, and key account progress.

  • Stay updated on trends in recruitment technology, SaaS sales strategies, and the competitive landscape.

  • Consistently meet or exceed quarterly sales targets, unlocking performance-based incentives and career progression.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 46 years of B2B SaaS sales experience, preferably within HR Tech, ATS platforms, or recruitment-focused solutions.

  • Strong knowledge of the recruitment process, talent acquisition tools, and SaaS subscription models.

  • Proven track record of managing multiple accounts and achieving or exceeding revenue goals.

  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and closing skills with a consultative, customer-centric approach.

  • Self-starter with a high level of ownership, energy, and adaptability in a fast-moving sales environment.

  • Tech-savvy and confident in using CRM tools, sales automation platforms, and digital communication channels.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (MBA or equivalent is a plus).
