ESG Manager

What We're Looking For:

• A passionate ESG Specialist with strong technical expertise and strategic insight
• Mandatory experience in buying and selling Carbon Credits
• Solid knowledge of environmental compliance, social impact frameworks, and governance standards
• Proven track record in developing ESG strategies and working with internal/external stakeholders
• Ideally based in East Africa, with a preference for candidates already in Rwanda or willing to relocate

What You'll Do:

• Embed ESG strategy across operations and project lifecycles
• Lead the carbon credits program and monetization efforts
• Collaborate with government entities, investors, and operational teams to align ESG initiatives
• Champion community engagement and sustainable practices
