Key Responsibilities:
- Lead recruitment efforts with a primary focus on international talent acquisition.
- Partner with business leaders to understand talent needs and deliver effective recruitment strategies.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiating offers.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of high-calibre candidates from international markets.
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience and support onboarding processes.
- Utilize innovative sourcing techniques including headhunting, networking, and market mapping.
- Stay updated on global talent trends, particularly within the banking and financial services sector.
- Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to meet diversity, equity, and inclusion goals.
Qualifications:
