Key Responsibilities:

• Lead recruitment efforts with a primary focus on international talent acquisition.
• Partner with business leaders to understand talent needs and deliver effective recruitment strategies.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiating offers.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of high-calibre candidates from international markets.
• Ensure a seamless candidate experience and support onboarding processes.
• Utilize innovative sourcing techniques including headhunting, networking, and market mapping.
• Stay updated on global talent trends, particularly within the banking and financial services sector.
• Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to meet diversity, equity, and inclusion goals.
