The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with brand objectives and business goals.
  • Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, influencer collaborations, retail activations, and traditional advertising.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and creative departments, to ensure consistent brand messaging.
  • Manage and optimize marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
  • Conduct in-depth market research and analyze consumer insights, industry trends, and competitor strategies to inform decision-making.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with media, influencers, and strategic partners to enhance brand presence.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a marketing leadership role, preferably within the footwear, fashion, or retail industry.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
  • Strong expertise in digital marketing, social media, influencer marketing, and retail activations.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret market trends and data.
