This role involves managing a high-performing sales team, driving revenue growth, and fostering relationships with high-net-worth clients, investors, and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Manage and mentor the sales team, ensuring high performance and motivation.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, investors, and key stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.
- Oversee the sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns that attract potential buyers.
- Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and provide insights for business growth.
- Ensure compliance with real estate regulations and company policies.
- Attend industry events, property expos, and networking functions to expand business reach.
Requirements:
- European nationality preferred.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in real estate sales.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
