Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Manage and mentor the sales team, ensuring high performance and motivation.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, investors, and key stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.
  • Oversee the sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns that attract potential buyers.
  • Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and provide insights for business growth.
  • Ensure compliance with real estate regulations and company policies.
  • Attend industry events, property expos, and networking functions to expand business reach.

Requirements:

  • European nationality preferred.
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in real estate sales.
