The E-Commerce Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire e-commerce operations, including website management, product listings, online sales, digital marketing, and marketplace expansion. The role requires a data-driven mindset, strong SEO & SEM knowledge, and expertise in handling online consumer electronics brands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end e-commerce operations, including website management, product listings, inventory, and order fulfillment.
- Manage and optimize the brand's e-commerce platform (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, or custom-built).
- Ensure seamless customer experience, from browsing to checkout, payment, and post-purchase support.
- Implement A/B testing and UX/UI improvements to enhance website performance.
- Manage and optimize brand presence on online marketplaces like Amazon, Noon, Sharaf DG, Carrefour, and other regional platforms.
- Develop strategies to improve product visibility, pricing, promotions, and customer engagement.
- Ensure alignment between offline retail and online e-commerce strategies to drive seamless omnichannel experiences.
- Drive revenue growth through SEO, SEM, Google Ads, social media marketing, and affiliate partnerships.
- Plan and execute e-commerce campaigns, flash sales, and promotions to boost sales and conversion rates.
- Analyze and optimize product pricing, discounts, and bundling strategies to maximize profitability.
- Oversee email marketing, remarketing campaigns, and customer retention strategies.
- Work closely with supply chain, warehouse, and fulfillment teams to ensure stock availability.
- Monitor inventory levels, demand forecasting, and order fulfillment efficiency.
- Reduce order cancellations, returns, and improve logistics efficiency.
- Track and analyze key e-commerce KPIs, including traffic, conversion rates, customer acquisition cost (CAC), lifetime value (LTV), and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Generate reports on sales performance, customer behavior, and digital marketing effectiveness.
- Implement data-driven decision-making to improve e-commerce performance and user experience.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, E-Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in e-commerce management, preferably in retail electronics or consumer technology brands.
- Expertise in Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, or similar e-commerce platforms.
- Strong experience in Amazon Seller/Vendor Central, Noon, and other regional marketplaces.
- Knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and performance marketing.
- Experience in website UI/UX optimization, CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization), and A/B testing.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics, Hotjar, and e-commerce reporting tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, competitive retail environment.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills to manage external partners and vendors.
