Are you a seasoned banking professional with a passion for digital transformation and customer engagement? We are looking for an AVP Digital Solutions to lead the transition from traditional telesales to digital customer engagement channels.
What Youll Do:
- Drive the migration of telesales operations to digital platforms
- Enhance customer experience and streamline operational efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, IT, SEU) to integrate digital solutions
- Lead and train teams to optimize digital adoption
- Monitor key performance metrics and drive continuous improvement
What Were Looking For:
- ️Minimum 7 years of experience in banking or financial services
- Proven track record in sales-driven roles
- Strong background in the banking sector
- Experience in digital journey optimization, customer adoption, and outbound contact center operations
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
- In-depth understanding of digital engagement platforms and the credit card business
- Expertise in customer service, telesales, and digital onboarding
- ️Proven leadership experience, managing both direct and indirect reports
- ️Ability to handle change management and drive customer adoption strategies
