About the Role

We are looking for a Recruiter with at least 2 years of experience who can independently manage end-to-end recruitment cycles, coordinate directly with clients, and support our executive search mandates.

This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, organized, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. As this is a full-time onsite position in Dubai, we are especially looking for candidates who are already in the UAE and can join immediately.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Sourcing & Screening

  • Manage the full recruitment process from sourcing to offer closure.
  • Source candidates using LinkedIn, job portals, networking, and referrals.
  • Screen and shortlist candidates as per client requirements.

Client Coordination

  • Understand job briefs, hiring needs, and mandate expectations from clients.
  • Schedule interviews, share feedback, and maintain clear communication with client stakeholders.

Candidate Management

  • Conduct HR screening calls and preliminary assessments.
  • Maintain an updated candidate database and ensure an excellent candidate experience.
  • Keep candidates informed throughout every stage of the process.

Search Execution Support

  • Assist senior consultants in delivering executive search assignments.
  • Prepare candidate reports, summaries, and structured submissions.

Market Research & Insights

  • Stay updated on recruitment trends, talent availability, and market movement.
  • Share insights to refine search strategies and improve delivery efficiency.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Experience:

  • At least 2 years of experience in recruitment (agency or corporate).
  • Experience in executive search, professional hiring, or white-collar recruitment is preferred.

Skills:

  • Strong sourcing and interview assessment skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple job mandates concurrently.
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and major job portals.

Personality:

  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized.
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
  • Immediate joiners in Dubai or UAE-based candidates will be prioritized.
