Job Purpose
The Head of Transformation PMO will lead and govern enterprise-wide transformation initiatives to ensure alignment with organizational strategy and long-term objectives. This role is critical in strengthening organizational capability, embedding a culture of continuous improvement, and driving innovation, operational excellence, and sustainable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Transformation Governance & Strategic Alignment

Define and lead the enterprise transformation roadmap aligned with corporate strategy and long-term goals.

Establish and enforce governance frameworks, standards, and methodologies across all transformation programs.

Oversee the portfolio of transformation initiatives, prioritizing projects based on strategic value and ROI.

Provide executive-level reporting on progress, risks, dependencies, and outcomes to senior leadership.

Ensure compliance with internal policies, governance standards, and regulatory requirements.
2. Organizational Capability & Continuous Improvement

Drive initiatives to enhance organizational structures, processes, and capabilities for scalability and resilience.

Implement performance measurement frameworks to assess transformation impact and operational efficiency.

Embed continuous improvement practices using Lean, Agile, or similar methodologies across functions.

Identify process inefficiencies and eliminate bottlenecks to optimize workflows and resource utilization.
3. Innovation & Technology Integration

Lead the adoption of digital solutions and emerging technologies to enable business transformation.

Develop integrated strategies aligning people, processes, and technology to maximize business performance.

Monitor industry trends and advise leadership on innovation opportunities and competitive advantage.

Oversee change management initiatives to ensure effective adoption of new systems and tools.
4. Transformational Leadership

Foster a high-performance culture and build leadership capability across the organization.

Partner with HR and business leaders to design learning and development programs aligned with transformation goals.

Mentor and coach senior leaders to enable effective change leadership and organizational engagement.
Qualifications & Experience

Masters degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).

Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, or a related discipline.

12–15 years of progressive experience in transformation leadership, PMO, or strategic change roles.

Proven experience leading enterprise-wide transformation programs in complex, multi-functional organizations.

Strong expertise in PMO governance, portfolio management, and change management frameworks.

Experience in digital transformation, technology integration, and innovation initiatives.

Professional certifications such as PMP or Change Management (preferred).
