We are looking for an experienced Digital Brand Marketing Manager to lead and execute the digital brand presence for a real estate portfolio. This role will focus on strengthening brand visibility, driving digital campaigns, managing social media platforms, and supporting brand-led initiatives across multiple channels.

The ideal candidate will bring strong digital marketing expertise within the real estate sector, with hands-on experience in campaign execution, performance marketing, and cross-channel brand activation.

Key Responsibilities

Digital & Social Media Management

  • Own and manage all digital and social media platforms for the real estate brand.

  • Plan, execute, and monitor content calendars across platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Meta, and others.

  • Ensure consistent brand tone of voice and visual identity across all digital touchpoints.

Brand & Account Management

  • Act as the custodian of the brand across all digital channels.

  • Coordinate with internal teams, creative agencies, and external vendors to ensure seamless brand execution.

  • Support brand positioning and visibility initiatives aligned with business objectives.

Performance Marketing & Campaign Optimization

  • Plan and execute digital performance campaigns across Meta, Google, programmatic platforms, and other channels.

  • Monitor campaign performance, analyse data, and optimise budgets to maximise ROI.

  • Work closely with agencies and internal stakeholders to improve lead quality and conversion rates.

Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement digital brand strategies aligned with overall marketing and business goals.

  • Support go-to-market strategies for new launches, projects, and campaigns.

  • Track KPIs, prepare performance reports, and deliver actionable insights for continuous improvement.

Event & Activation Support

  • Support digital and on-ground event activations, launches, and brand initiatives.

  • Manage digital amplification of events before, during, and after execution.

Cross-Channel Activation

  • Drive integrated marketing efforts across digital, offline, events, and partnerships.

  • Ensure alignment between brand campaigns, performance marketing, and sales objectives.

Required Experience & Skills

  • Mandatory: Prior experience in real estate marketing (developer, brokerage, or real estate-focused agency).

  • 6–9 years of experience in digital brand marketing.

  • Strong understanding of social media management, digital campaigns, and performance marketing.

  • Experience working with agencies and cross-functional internal teams.

  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and optimisation skills.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred

  • Experience working in the UAE or GCC real estate market.

  • Exposure to premium residential, mixed-use, or large-scale real estate developments
