The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, supporting business hiring objectives through proactive sourcing strategies, stakeholder engagement, and delivery of high-quality candidate pipelines. The role involves partnering closely with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient fulfillment of workforce requirements while maintaining a strong candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition intake to onboarding support
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, timelines, and hiring priorities
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job portals, professional networks, internal databases, referrals, and direct sourcing techniques
- Conduct candidate screening interviews to assess skills, experience, and role alignment
- Coordinate interview scheduling and facilitate communication between candidates and stakeholders
- Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, pipeline health, and offer acceptance ratios
- Ensure compliance with internal recruitment policies and client requirements (for RPO environments)
- Support employer branding initiatives and talent engagement campaigns
- Provide market intelligence regarding talent availability, salary benchmarking, and competitor activity
Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure clarity on expectations and delivery timelines
- Coordinate with HR Business Partners and onboarding teams
- Engage with external vendors where applicable
- Provide regular hiring status updates and reporting to leadership
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong sourcing capability including Boolean search techniques
- Experience using ATS platforms (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors, Taleo, or similar)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Data-driven mindset with experience tracking recruitment KPIs
- Experience working in fast-paced or high-volume hiring environments preferred
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 2–5 years of recruitment experience (agency, corporate TA, or RPO environment)
- Experience supporting multiple business functions or client accounts preferred
