About the job Lead UI/UX Developer
We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Lead UI/UX Developer to lead the design and front-end development of our digital products. This role requires a perfect balance of user-centric design thinking and hands-on technical expertise in Angular, Node.js, and Spring Boot. The ideal candidate will own the user experience from wireframes to deployment, ensuring seamless, scalable, and visually compelling applications.
Key Responsibilities:
UI/UX Design & Strategy

Lead the creation of intuitive, user-centric interfaces for web and mobile platforms.

Translate business requirements into wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.

Define and maintain consistent visual design systems, UI patterns, and brand alignment.
Front-End Development

Develop responsive, performant, and accessible user interfaces using Angular and TypeScript.

Collaborate with backend teams to integrate RESTful APIs built with Node.js and Spring Boot.

Ensure pixel-perfect implementation of UI/UX designs into functional applications.
Technical Leadership

Lead a team of UI developers and designers; mentor junior team members and conduct code reviews.

Set best practices for design-to-development workflow, version control (Git), and component reusability.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, DevOps) to deliver high-quality, scalable software.
User Testing & Optimization

Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to improve UX iteratively.

Implement A/B testing, user behavior analytics, and data-driven improvements.
Key Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Design, or related field.

5+ years of experience in UI/UX design and front-end development.

Hands-on proficiency with:
Express.js
React.js
Flutter

Spring Boot

HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript

Experience integrating with REST APIs and working in full-stack environments.

Solid understanding of responsive design, accessibility (WCAG), and cross-browser compatibility.
