About the job Social Media Manager
We are seeking an experienced Social Media Manager with a strong background in the Fintech and Investment sector. The ideal candidate will manage the company's social media presence, create high-performing campaigns across META (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, and LinkedIn, and work closely with influencers to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies for META Ads, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Ads to achieve business objectives.

Create, schedule, and optimize engaging content across multiple social media platforms.

Manage influencer partnerships, including identification, outreach, negotiation, and campaign execution.

Monitor, track, and analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) to continuously optimize campaigns.

Collaborate with marketing, content, and design teams to produce high-quality visuals, copy, and videos aligned with brand messaging.

Stay updated with emerging social media trends, tools, and best practices relevant to Fintech and Investment sectors.

Build and maintain relationships with relevant digital communities and industry thought leaders.

Report regularly to senior management on campaign performance, ROI, and social media growth strategies.
Requirements

Minimum 5 years of social media management experience, preferably in Fintech, Investment, or Financial Services.

Proven expertise in running and optimizing campaigns on META Ads, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.

Experience in influencer management and executing influencer-driven campaigns.

Strong understanding of social media metrics, analytics tools, and reporting.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for visual storytelling.
