We are looking for a skilled Procurement Officer to manage sourcing, purchasing, and vendor management for landscape, swimming pool, and interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of UAE suppliers, procurement regulations, and logistics processes, ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement aligned with project schedules and company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors for materials including tiles, lighting, pumps, plants, furniture, fittings, joinery, and MEP items.

  • Prepare and issue RFQs, LPOs, comparison sheets, and purchase orders in coordination with project and design teams.

  • Maintain an updated vendor database with pricing, delivery timelines, and credit terms.

  • Monitor delivery schedules to ensure timely supply to sites.

  • Verify material quality and compliance with approved drawings and BOQs.

  • Build long-term relationships with reliable local and international suppliers.

  • Track procurement budgets and costs, ensuring cost control and efficiency.

  • Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and site teams for inventory and delivery management.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, UAE procurement regulations, and ISO standards.

  • Prepare regular procurement reports and forecasts for management.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

  • 3–5 years of procurement experience in UAE-based landscape, swimming pool, or interior fit-out companies.

  • Strong understanding of UAE supplier networks, customs procedures, and local sourcing.

  • Proficient in MS Office, Excel, and ERP/procurement software (Zoho, Tally, Odoo, or similar).

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to multitask and meet project deadlines.

  • Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
