We are seeking a highly motivated Assistant IT Manager with strong expertise in AI, Machine Learning, Python, RPA, and automation technologies. The role will support and drive innovation across ERP, warehouse, and supply chain systems, while also contributing to the modernization of legacy applications. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical capabilities with business process understanding to deliver measurable value through technology.

Key Responsibilities

1. AI, Machine Learning & Python Development

  • Lead and support the design, development, and deployment of AI/ML models, including LLM-based solutions, to improve operational efficiency.

  • Build and maintain Python-based applications for automation, analytics, and system integration.

  • Work with business teams to identify AI-driven opportunities for optimization, forecasting, and decision automation.

2. Robotic Process Automation (RPA)

  • Implement and manage RPA solutions using tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate, Blue Prism, or Python-based RPA frameworks.

  • Drive end-to-end automation for warehouse, supply chain, and administrative processes to reduce manual workload and enhance accuracy.

  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize bot performance, ensuring scalability, compliance, and security.

3. ERP & Application Modernization

  • Support modernization initiatives for SAP and other ERP systems, integrating automation, analytics, and AI where applicable.

  • Oversee migration of legacy .NET applications to modern frameworks such as .NET Core, Angular, or cloud-based platforms.

  • Ensure seamless integration of ERP systems with automation tools, data pipelines, and business applications.

4. IT Operations & Support

  • Assist the Senior IT Manager in daily IT operations, ensuring system stability and timely issue resolution.

  • Provide troubleshooting and system enhancement support for IT infrastructure, business applications, and automation workflows.

  • Conduct training sessions and workshops to upskill employees in new technologies and automation tools.

Reporting Relationships

  • Directly Reports To: Senior IT Manager

  • Key Internal Interactions: Supply Chain, Warehouse, Finance, ERP Teams, Business Units

  • External Interactions: Technology vendors, Automation consultants, ERP support partners

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (Masters degree preferred).

  • Certifications in AI, Machine Learning, RPA, Cloud, or ERP (advantageous).

Skills & Competencies

Technical Skills

  • Strong proficiency in Python, automation frameworks, and data processing.

  • Hands-on experience with AI/ML models, LLM frameworks, and analytics tools.

  • Expertise in RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate, or Blue Prism).

  • Good understanding of SAP/ERP processes, data integration, and workflow automation.

  • Experience in modern development frameworks (e.g., .NET Core, Angular, REST APIs).

Soft Skills

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.

  • Excellent communication, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration.
