Purpose of the Role

Marketing SPOC for the country. The role involves collaborating with the Regional Marketing Hub and the General Manager to drive profitable growth for focus categories by strengthening brand equity, market presence, and sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Collaborate with the Regional Marketing Hub and General Manager to define strategic direction for focus categories in Turkey.

  2. Lead cross-agency coordination (creative, digital, PR) to create impactful 360° campaigns that enhance mind and market share.

  3. Work closely with the sales team and suppliers to ensure timely and efficient implementation of brand plans.

  4. Partner with the Regional Marketing Hub on end-to-end rollout of new products including consumer research, product briefing, and launch management.

  5. Align media planning, trade marketing, and market research activities with overall brand and country strategies.

  6. Analyze internal and external data to understand consumer behavior, brand performance, and market trends.

  7. Oversee artwork approvals and ensure timely delivery of all marketing and product materials in compliance with brand standards.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Postgraduate degree in Business or Marketing

  • 5+ years of Brand Management experience in reputed FMCG organizations

  • Experience in personal care products preferred

  • Proven expertise in Trade Marketing, Media Planning, and Market Research
