A well-established organization is looking for an experienced TA professional to lead a team and drive strategic hiring across key divisions.
You Will:
- Lead & mentor a TA team including nationals (34 people)
- Manage end-to-end recruitment
- Build pipelines for critical roles
- Partner with leadership across Real Estate, Engineering & Construction
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor and develop a Talent Acquisition team of 34 members.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment across various divisions, including technical, real estate, engineering, and construction-related roles.
- Build and implement strategic hiring plans aligned with organizational growth.
- Develop strong talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand requirements and shape hiring strategies.
- Oversee sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer processes.
- Drive process improvements, recruitment best practices, and employer branding initiatives.
- Deliver data-driven recruitment insights and reporting to support decision-making.
- Support broader HR initiatives related to workforce planning and organizational development.
Were Looking For:
- 812 years of solid Talent Acquisition experience
- Proven team management background
- Industry experience in Real Estate / Construction / Engineering
- Arabic fluency (mandatory)
- People Management skills
