This senior leadership role is responsible for driving the scale, growth, and profitability of a fashion retail e-commerce business. The Head of E-Commerce will develop and execute strategies to increase Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) by leveraging marketplace optimization, advanced analytics, strategic pricing, fulfillment excellence, and digital advertising revenue.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Growth & Market Expansion

  • Develop and execute aggressive growth strategies to increase GMV and market share.

  • Identify and prioritize growth levers including market expansion, product diversification, pricing optimization, catalog enhancement, and promotional strategies.

Customer Acquisition & Retention

  • Design and implement customer acquisition strategies across digital marketing channels.

Product & Market Portfolio Expansion

Qualifications & Experience

  • 15+ years in e-commerce growth leadership roles with a proven track record of scaling operations and increasing GMV.

  • MBA or advanced degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline preferred.
