We are hiring a seasoned Manager Human Capital to support a newly established Food & Beverage division. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in the F&B industry, with robust experience across HR operations, talent management, performance development, and workforce planning. We are seeking a diverse candidate who brings strategic thinking, hands-on capability, and a strong understanding of HR best practices in a fast-paced F&B environment.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic HR Leadership

  • Develop and execute human capital strategies aligned with the F&B divisions growth plans.
  • Partner with the leadership team to drive organizational culture, workforce planning, and long-term people initiatives.

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for all F&B roles including culinary, operations, supply chain, and support functions.
  • Ensure the hiring of diverse talent aligned with business needs and brand values.
  • Implement talent pipelines, succession planning, and manpower forecasting.

Learning, Development & Performance Management

  • Oversee training programs, certifications, and compliance requirements for F&B staff.
  • Manage performance review cycles, capability-building programs, and leadership development initiatives.

Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Drive a positive workplace culture with strong employee engagement strategies.
  • Oversee grievance management, conflict resolution, and HR compliance.
  • Ensure HR policies and SOPs align with UAE labor laws and industry standards.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Manage C&B frameworks, payroll coordination, and benefits administration.
  • Support salary benchmarking, job grading, and internal equity initiatives.

HR Operations & Compliance

  • Ensure seamless HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, HRIS updates, and documentation.
  • Oversee compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements for the F&B sector.

Requirements

Experience & Qualifications

  • Minimum 8 years of HR experience, with at least 3 to 4 years in the F&B industry.
  • Preferably holds HR-related certifications (CIPD, SHRM, CHRP, etc.).
  • Strong experience in managing HR for multi-outlet F&B operations is an advantage.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strategic mindset with strong operational HR execution skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership capabilities.
  • Strong understanding of UAE labor law and F&B industry HR standards.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
