we are seeking a Pre-Sales Solution Architect to join an expanding Canadian-based company on their journey towards greatness. Ideal candidates are people who have experience successfully deploying ServiceNow and have a strong
foundational understanding of ServiceNow ITSM and the ServiceNow Platform Suite. This is a dynamic role, in a fast-paced ecosystem and we need strong communicators who can show clients a roadmap to success. This is a unique window of time to put your individual stamp and work closely with the leadership team.
Responsibilities
- Solution Architects are the first individuals (along with sales) who meet potential new clients and are responsible for quickly establishing credibility.
- Understand the requirements of each client and collaboratively working with sales and delivery to architect the best solutions to meet our client needs.
- Design, Price and Scope the ServiceNow solutions for potential new clients
- Implement 3rd party integrations, and understand the unique challenges customer will face
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand how we will implement ServiceNow solutions
- Participate in ServiceNow Pre-Sales Training as required and ensure appropriate certifications are achieved
- Participate in joint account planning sessions, and help build the future roadmap for clients
- Responsible for turning business requirements into a Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) and Statement of Work (SOW)
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in the ServiceNow ecosystem with a proven Partner Management track record
- Strong business acumen with the ability to understand business strategy, operational processes, challenges, and capabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to influence technical decisions, providing options with pros, cons, and risks around all key design and technical decisions.
- Solid communication skills with the ability to present verbally and in writing and articulate clearly with confidence to both business and technical audiences.
- The ability to listen carefully and speak intelligently so you are heard.
