Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Associate Attorney with 4-7 years of experience in real property and/or business litigation to join our growing practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background, excellent writing skills, and the confidence to excel in written and oral advocacy. Responsibilities:

  • Represent clients in real property and business litigation matters.
  • Conduct legal research, analysis, and document preparation.
  • Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
  • Prepare for and attend court hearings, trials, and mediations.
  • Provide legal counsel and guidance to clients.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys and support staff on case management.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records.
  • Stay current with relevant laws, regulations, and legal trends.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Florida Bar.
  • 4-7 years of real property and/or business litigation experience preferred.
  • Strong academic credentials.
  • Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
  • Comfortable with public speaking and courtroom appearances.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Team player with a strong work ethic.
  • Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
