Full Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Attend to phone calls & email from internal/external customers on order enquiry
  • Liaise with the warehouse operation team on shipment/jobs requirement
  • Handle self-collection customer
  • Perform accurate data entry in an in-house system
  • any other adhoc duties assign by department manager

Job Requirements

  • Warehouse & Logistics operations experience preferred
  • Possess at least a Secondary School/"O" Level, or equivalent
  • Knowledge of Outlook, MS Excel, MS Word, etc
  • Possess good communication skills - both written and verbal in English
  • Good prospect awaits the right candidates
