Full Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Attend to phone calls & email from internal/external customers on order enquiry
- Liaise with the warehouse operation team on shipment/jobs requirement
- Handle self-collection customer
- Perform accurate data entry in an in-house system
- any other adhoc duties assign by department manager
Job Requirements
- Warehouse & Logistics operations experience preferred
- Possess at least a Secondary School/"O" Level, or equivalent
- Knowledge of Outlook, MS Excel, MS Word, etc
- Possess good communication skills - both written and verbal in English
- Good prospect awaits the right candidates
