Our Ace Cryogenic team in Kings Park is looking for an Administration Assistant who is a self-motivated and customer focused team player to help us in achieving out goals!
The position is permanent part-time (Monday - Friday), 5 hours a day. Suited for an individual who would like to work during school hours, ideally 9:30am - 2:30pm
What you will be doing
- Assisting and supporting the Operations team
- Keeping the Operations Admin Coordinator informed of the progress of enquiries and tasks
- Correctly scheduling and organising daily runs including providing sufficient information for each delivery accordingly such as accurate times, customer contacts and addresses
- Maintaining the Operations board
- Receiving and processing incoming phone enquiries
- Responding to emails and distributing accordingly
- New customer enquiries and sales
- Follow up and maintain customer accounts - ensuring records and accounts are up to date
- Data entry using systems such as Navision and Microsoft Excel
- Generating and assisting with invoices
- Assist in stock management and inventory control
- General office duties
- Maintenance of a clean and tidy work environment
- Stationery orders
- Other adhoc duties as they arrive
What we need from you
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Ability to manage tasks with an organised approach
- Strong literacy skills both on paper and on the phone
- Excellent communication skills with positive and mature attitude
- High accuracy and attention to detail
- Open, approachable, friendly, and helpful personality
- Great customer service skills
- Ability to adhere to current protocols as well as be adaptable to new protocols
- Confidence in using Microsoft Office and other computer applications - Experience with Navision Dynamics would be preferable, but not essential
- Ability to problem solve and think critically
