Full Job Description

  • To support Marketing and Client Services Executive and/or Manager
  • Duties include clerical / admin support and coordination with other department team members for purpose of marketing matters
  • Assist with admin paper work for commercial & GOV tender submissions
  • Assist with customer follow-up calls, keep track and update of marketing reports for team
  • Work with team members to plan and roll out digital marketing programs

Requirements:

  • Min. Diploma or equivalent in any discipline from recognized educational institution
  • Jovial, Courteous and Service-Oriented
  • Good Team Player
  • Basic IT Proficiency
  • Eloquent in English. Able to speak and write reasonably well in English
  • Office-based work only. No remote work is allowed!
