Full Job Description

The Executive Assistant role will mainly assist the director in his company ventures in Singapore as well as India. 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage scheduling for director
  • Draft and review company documents on behalf of director with regards to his business
  • Liaise with bankers, lawyers, and estate planners
  • Liaise with vendors and negotiate
  • Handle director's payments to vendors
  • Draft, review and send communications on behalf of director and company
  • Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to logistics of meetings
  • Answer and respond to phone calls, communicate messages and information to the director, stakeholders and other employees
  • Prioritize emails and respond when necessary
  • Coordinate travel arrangements
  • Maintain various records and documents for director and company
  • Light HR work including job posting and scheduling interviews
  • Draft and prepare employment contracts and company policies
  • Handle petty cash expenses on behalf of the director
  • Point of contact for overseas offices

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
