Harvey Norman Commercial Division are seeking a Full Time Data Entry Clerk to provide accounts support to the Stapylton team.

Responsibilities:

  • Process incoming client purchase orders
  • Support accounts payable staff
  • High volume data entry into POS and CRM systems
  • Relief for reception
  • Working with coordinators and accounts manager

The successful applicant will possess:

  • Previous experience in a similar position
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A positive can do attitude
  • An ability to pick up processes and systems efficiently
  • Ability to work well under pressure and prioritise workload
  • Basic Microsoft and outlook knowledge
  • Efficient typing ability
  • A strong attention to detail
  • The ability to multitask
