About the job Office Administrator

  • Manage and monitor inventories (such as pantry items, stationery and other office supplies) and ensure that the supplies are purchased at a reasonable cost.
    Manage the office equipment and ensure items are in working condition.
    Manage office/ building matters, facilities and cleaning services, maintenance and other related issues.
    Manage company-issued devices, such as laptops, mobile phones and tablets, including working with telecommunication company on matters such as new sign-up and re-contract.
    Attend to incoming calls and visitors in courteous manner and appropriate procedures.
    Handle incoming & outgoing mails/courier etc.
    Process invoices and billings, including requesting for purchase order etc.
    Assist on travel arrangements, such as booking of flights and hotels.
    Periodically observe, review, and suggest best practices for administrative workflows and office management for greater efficiency.
    Other ad-hoc tasks as required.

Skills/Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in office administrative.
  • Detail oriented and thorough.
