Position: BD/TA Administrator
Reporting to: Global Business Development Coordinator
Location: Cork Office
Type: Permanent
Salary: Dependent on Experience

Job Description:

Responsibilities and tasks of the role includes but are not limited to:

  • Assisting the Business Development Department and Talent Acquisition (recruitment) Department with general day to day activities
  • BD/TA administration i.e., Maintaining databases, Updating Resumes
  • Particularising first draft of Client Proposals from templates
  • Managing and Organising of TA Folder structure on shared database
  • Support Marketing duties ie Preparing ads for Social Media
  • Advertising TA Open Roles
  • Assisting with the set up of interviews with resources and clients
  • Assisting with company events research and communications
  • Assisting with the upkeep of BD/TA Trackers
  • Other ad-hoc duties as they arise

Education and Experience

  • Minimum 2 years experience in an administrative role or similar
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
  • Possess a keen eye for detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Independent and takes own initiative
  • A structured and organised person
