Salary Range: 5 Jt / bulan + insentif

Work Style: Remote, 3 day in office per week

Position Overview:

We are looking for a self-motivated sales executive that can both open doors but close leads that are developed for them. Target lists include Oil&Gas service companies (OGUK), food grade exporters and cosmetics companies as well as hospitality (hotels and large restaurant chains) in the greater Surabaya region.

The best candidate for this role will have some sales experience, best if in the general healthcare space. This person must be able to work autonomously and prioritize and close deals of all sizes. The entire market is open. The should be able to creatively create solutions for the prospects they are given and uncover themselves. More importantly the best candidate will have the appetite to learn more, and take responsibility for problem solving. They must have a positive and happy demeanor, that presents well in both face-to-face and written communication. The best candidates will be able to demonstrate curiosity and a learning mindset through the interview process and match culturally with our team of young, go-getter teammates. Kualifikasi

  • Pendidikan minimal D3 dari segala jurusan.
  • Wajib memiliki pengalaman minimal 3 tahun sebagai sales
  • Pengalaman di industri asuransi/kesehatan lebih disukai.
  • Mempunyai HP untuk aplikasi penunjang
  • Memiliki sepeda motor dan minimal SIM C (wajib)
  • Memiliki kemampuan berkomunikasi yang baik.
  • Mampu mengoperasikan komputer dengan baik.
  • Bisa Berbahasa Inggris dengan baik
  • Memiliki integritas, dedikasi dan loyalitas yang tinggi.

Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab

  • Mengembangkan dan melaksanakan penjualan untuk mencapai target penjualan
  • Kunjungan dan pendekatan dengan Klien baru
  • Membuat proposal dan presentasi klinik ke prospek2 (dan company profile)
  • Persiapan dan konfirmasikan paket MCU baru dalam system Padma
  • Membangun Komunikasi dengan Pelanggan dan Menjaga/Memeliharanya
  • Menyusun Strategi dan Pemetaan Penjualan, Termasuk Canvassing
