Front & Backend Developer (ApplePay & GooglePay)

1. Term: 6 months
2. Experience Requirement: minimum of 5+ years relevant experience.
3. Job location: Lagos, Nigeria
4. Project scope: Experience in frontend and backend development preferably ApplePay, GooglePay Experience.
5. Language requirements: English

Role

• Experience in frontend and back-end development, Mobile development, API, testing, wallet implementation such as Thales, Entrust, FOO and Apple Pay, Google Pay experience.
• Work alongside with the client's business analysis, development and project management teams to successfully manage, analyze and coordinate new Wallet Implementation projects till completion.
• Coordination of every involved team member regarding tasks related to Mastercard projects while performing regular follow ups for the objectives to be delivered in a timely manner.
• Cooperation with internal (IMK, CIS etc.) and external (Client, WSP, Apple etc.) stakeholders and closely pursuing operational and implementation tasks until completion.
• Review statistics, reports and performance metrics to assist the client in resolving issues and optimizing metrics.
• Assist on all test related procedures, either with Mastercard itself or with the cooperation with external testing labs (FIME, UL etc.)
• Ability to translate Apple requirements into business and technical requirement, API development.
• Knowledge of & experience of working with Agile/Scrum methodology.

Requirements, experience, and skills

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., project management, technology)
• 5+ years of experience in technology implementation, with a focus on frontend and back-end development, Mobile development, API, testing, wallet implementation, such as Thales, Entrust, FOO and Apple, Google Pay experience.
• Extensive experience working on payment/card product and proposition launches in multiple markets
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and manage project risks
• Experience managing schedules, and resources, with a focus on delivering projects on time to the required quality standards.
