Data Analyst

Scope

The client has asked Mastercard to provide an Insight Data Analyst to help with portfolio, campaign and customer analysis within the Credit risk team and beyond.

Responsibilities

- Conducting in-depth analysis of portfolio, campaign, customer data etc.
- Collaborating closely with Product Managers to provide actionable insights.
- Utilizing SQL, Microsoft Power BI, and Tableau for data extraction, manipulation, and visualization.
- Applying business analysis techniques to interpret data and drive strategic decisions.
- Managing and organizing data to ensure accuracy and accessibility.

Requirements

- 3+ years of experience in analytics roles.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
- Demonstrated expertise in data analytics, management, and visualization.
- Ability to communicate complex findings effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Power BI and Tableau for creating impactful data visualizations.
