Portfolio Management Support Consultant

4. Project scope: Portfolio Management - All Cards Products

Role:

1. Authorization monitoring

• Conduct review on authorization trends, patterns
• Keep track of the regions trend on the trend
• Implement portfolio optimization initiatives to improve approval rates
• QMR reporting & reconciliation
• Responsible for regular review of Portfolio dashboard across all products
• Conduct regular audits in QMR reporting
• Conduct regular audits on all invoices, billings, costing across vendors, schemes, etc
• Gap analysis & System enhancement
• Conduct periodic review of all processes related to cards and identify gap in process, product
• Propose amendments to bridge gaps.
• Responsible for conducting User Acceptance Test (UAT) for all cards related projects

Qualifications/ expectations required:

• Minimum Bachelors degree in Finance, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field
• At least 8 years of experience in product / portfolio management
• Excellent analytical skills
• Knowledge of financial regulations
