About the job Senior Product Manager
1 x full-time Senior Product Manager for a period of twelve (12) months (inclusive of public holidays and leave days) with a minimum of seven years experience in product management in financial services with strong commercial acumen, communication, stakeholder and influencing skills demonstrating advanced ability to drive outcomes and execute on a roadmap of initiatives. This Senior Product Manager can not only develop a strategy roadmap for EDB but also manage delivery including liaising with the various teams (including technology) to deliver features/objectives of the roadmap
The Resource will focus on the following activities in respect of the Clients EDB business, as directed by the Client (which can be conducted in parallel). The resource will be supporting the in-life and retention squad on a number of key initiatives to drive higher Engagement & Retention including use of our digital features. This covers the broad product suite in everyday banking as well as cross-cutting products within the Group to deliver Customer First outcomes, focussing on our early month on book as well as back-book customer segments.

o Develop, implement and embed strategies for driving engagement and retention for our everyday product suite, including digital offerings
o Lead and execute change in partnership with delivery teams and a wide range of stakeholders, to improve engagement and reduce attrition across our product offerings
o Proactively identify, understand and manage risks across the business
o Identify opportunities to simplify and improve processes, supported by a deep understanding of origination and in-life experiences across the value chain
o Scope data requirements, deep-dive on problem areas (customer profile), investigate the data working with my analytics teams to come up with initiatives and advise leadership of problem areas/ opportunities to resolve
o Understand the voice of the customer, be across and pre-empt impact of macro, micro and product landscapes
Key success measures
- Drives quantifiable growth in our front and back-book customers per metrics (Engagement, Attrition etc.)
- Leads teams to highly quality delivery of agreed Initiatives to support Engagement & Retention
- Designs & executes a best-in-class Product-led strategy
- Designs & executes high quality Business Reporting metrics and outputs, acting as a Subject Matter Expert on all finance metrics
- Leads team members to grow their development and participates in team activities as one of the team/ embedded resource
- Specific stakeholders this resource is required to engage with
- Everyday banking - all product lines (tech and business)
- On specific initiatives - Consumer Finance, Home Buying, Digital/ other
