About the job Senior Product Manager- Credit Cards
Location: Sydney (hybrid, 50%)

The Credit Cards team has end-to-end responsibility for the suite of Credit Cards. The team consist of squads that look after the development of the credit card products, acquisition, the growth of the portfolio, loyalty program and end-to-end process improvement. In the Credit Cards team, the purpose is to deliver highly desirable, viable and reliable credit card products to the target market.
As a member of the Credit Card Products squad, you will play a pivotal role in transforming credit card products to drive profitability and business growth. You will support and lead the development of integrated strategies and deliver the implementation of key initiatives and plans
Your primary objective will be to lead and coordinate multiple streams across credit card product squad
Key responsibilities will include
1. Delivering product management of all the credit card products in the portfolio
2. Strategic Roadmap & Delivery: Contribute the squad credit card roadmap of deliverables and end to end delivery including managing cross squad dependencies
3. Market research and analytics: Identify trends, customer breakpoints, regulations, and competitive landscape
4. Risk management: Responsible for proactively managing risks including performance of regular controls, identification of issues, escalation and swift resolution of issues including remediation
5. Customer experience: Continuously improve the customer experience by reviewing and enhancing features, benefits and digital experience Collaborate within Product and the broader business to provide insights into business performance and challenges
6. Compliance: Ensure that credit cards comply with all regulatory requirements
7. Performance Analysis: Analyse product performance, KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and customer complaints to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth
We want to hear from you if you have
1. Strong cards product knowledge is preferred, experience managing banking products highly regarded
2. Strong delivery experience is preferred
3. Demonstrate the ability to think strategically, execute initiatives at pace that drive business value
4. Experience in delivering strong outcomes in an Agile environment
5. Strong communication skills
6. Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, including the ability to progress multiple initiatives concurrently
7. Ability to think analytically and use data and insights to make decisions
8. Risk Mindset proactively identify and understand, openly discuss, and act on current and future risks.
